This page summarises the disclaimers that apply to Stickman Empire. It is a plain-language companion to sections 7, 8 and 9 of the Terms of Service, which are the binding text. Where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
Stickman Empire is a work of fiction made for entertainment. Characters, factions, weapons, events and the "empire" are imaginary. Any resemblance to a real person, organisation, place or event is coincidental. Nothing in the Game is advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional — and nothing in it should be relied on outside the Game.
The Game depicts stylised stick-figure combat with no blood, gore, dismemberment or realistic injury. It does not teach, encourage, glorify or endorse violence against any person or group. Its mechanics are not a martial-arts, weapons or self-defence instruction of any kind, and must never be imitated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuiCodex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, data, progress or virtual items, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability is capped as set out in section 9 of the Terms.
Gems, coins, weapons, Empire Pass benefits and every other in-game item are a revocable licence to use a feature. They are not property, not currency, not an investment and not a financial instrument. They cannot be cashed out, transferred, sold, traded or exchanged for anything of real-world value, and they carry no expectation of profit.
Advertising is served by Google AdMob and its partners. Payments are handled by Google Play. We neither control nor endorse advertised products, advertiser claims, or any external site an advertisement leads to, and we accept no responsibility for them. A dispute about an advertised product is between you and that advertiser. See the Privacy Policy.
The leaderboard and other online features depend on servers and on your connection and may be modified, interrupted or discontinued. Leaderboard standings are provided for fun; we do not guarantee their accuracy, and we may remove entries we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating or that carry an inappropriate name.
The Game is not directed to children under 13. It contains advertising and optional in-app purchases, including an auto-renewing subscription, which real money can be spent on. If a minor uses the device, enable Google Play parental controls and require authentication for every purchase. A parent or guardian is responsible for purchases made from their device or payment method.
