These Terms are a binding agreement between you and RuiCodex ("we", "us") governing your use of the Stickman Empire mobile game and its online services (together, the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not install or play the Game.

Nothing in these Terms removes a right you cannot lawfully be asked to give up. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights — including those under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, EU Directives 2019/770 and 2019/771, and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — apply in full and take precedence over any clause below that conflicts with them. Where a limitation in these Terms is not permitted by the law that applies to you, that limitation simply does not apply to you; the rest of the Terms continue in force.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all other rights. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age of digital consent where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use and for any purchase made from the device. Enable Google Play parental controls and purchase authentication if a minor uses the device.

3. What you must not do

Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the Game, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
Cheat, use bots or memory editors, tamper with save data, or submit scores not achieved by normal play.
Attack, overload, probe or attempt unauthorised access to our servers.
Use a player name that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, harassing, impersonating, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game or virtual items.

We may remove a leaderboard entry or a player name, and suspend access to the online services, where we reasonably believe this section has been broken. Where we do so we will, on request, tell you why, and you may contest the decision by writing to info@ruicodex.com.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and virtual items

4.1 Payments

All payments are processed by Google Play. Google, not RuiCodex, is the merchant of record. We never receive your payment card or bank details. Prices shown in the Game come from Google Play and include taxes where Google applies them.

4.2 Empire Pass subscription

Empire Pass is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a monthly or yearly base plan. It grants exactly three things: banner and interstitial advertising is disabled, all six weapons are unlocked, and gem earnings are doubled. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or from the link in the Game's store. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, refund the period already paid for.

4.3 Virtual items

Gems, coins, weapons and other virtual items are a limited licence to use a feature inside the Game. They are not your property, have no monetary value, are not a currency or a financial instrument, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value. Your licence to them ends when your licence to the Game ends.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. If you are an EU/EEA, UK or Turkish consumer you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal; by starting to use digital content immediately you may lose that right where the law says so, and Google's checkout is where that consent is recorded. 5. Advertising

The free Game is funded by advertising served by Google AdMob. Advertising content is supplied by third parties. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for the goods, services or claims in an advertisement, or for any site an advertisement leads to. Disputes about an advertised product are between you and the advertiser. See the Privacy Policy for what Google collects and how to change your consent.

6. Availability and changes

The Game's online features — the leaderboard, receipt verification, analytics — depend on servers and on your connection. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any online feature. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will provide a proportionate refund or an equivalent replacement, as consumer law requires. Offline single-player gameplay continues to work without a connection.

7. Health and safety warning

A very small number of people may experience a seizure when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, including while playing video games, even with no history of epilepsy. Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions. Play in a well-lit room, sit at a distance from the screen, and take a 10-15 minute break every hour. Prolonged play may cause eye strain or repetitive strain injury in the hands or wrists.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements, that it will run uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that data you store will never be lost.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the exclusions above may not apply to you in whole or in part.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or virtual items, however caused and on any theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid us or through Google Play for the Game in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

These limits never apply to: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; gross negligence or wilful misconduct; a consumer's mandatory statutory rights; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability we are not permitted to exclude.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RuiCodex harmless from any third-party claim, loss or reasonable cost arising from your unlawful use of the Game, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit (such as a player name) that infringes another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own act or omission, and it does not apply where you are a consumer and the law prohibits it.

11. Intellectual property

The Game, its code, artwork, characters, audio, name and logo are owned by RuiCodex and protected by copyright and trademark law. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. You may capture and share gameplay footage and screenshots for non-commercial purposes, including monetised video-platform content, provided you do not imply that RuiCodex endorses you and do not present the Game as your own work.

12. Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or end your access to the online services if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable and proportionate to the breach. Termination does not affect a refund right you already have. Sections 4.3, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may always bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Turkish consumers may apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti in their district. We do not require arbitration and we do not ask you to waive a class action.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above changes with them, and a material change is announced in the Game before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Game; where the change materially reduces a paid feature you already bought, section 6 applies.

15. General

If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Game.

Bu Koşullar, sizinle RuiCodex arasında, Stickman Empire mobil oyununun ve çevrimiçi hizmetlerinin ("Oyun") kullanımına ilişkin bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Oyunu kurmakla veya oynamakla bunları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyunu kurmayın ve oynamayın.

Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken vazgeçmenizin istenemeyeceği bir hakkınızı ortadan kaldırmaz. Tüketici iseniz, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ile AB ve BK tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklarınız tam olarak geçerlidir ve bunlarla çelişen her hükmün önüne geçer. Size uygulanan hukukun izin vermediği bir sınırlama, size uygulanmaz; Koşulların geri kalanı yürürlükte kalır.

1. Lisans

Size; kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisansla, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz bir cihazda, ticari olmayan kendi eğlenceniz için Oyunu kurma ve oynama hakkı veriyoruz. Diğer tüm haklar saklıdır. Oyun size satılmaz, lisanslanır.

2. Yaş ve küçükler

En az 13 yaşında (yaşadığınız yerde dijital rıza yaşı daha yüksekse o yaşta) olmalısınız. Ergin değilseniz Oyunu yalnızca ebeveyn veya yasal vasinizin katılımıyla kullanabilirsiniz; cihazdan yapılan satın almalardan da onlar sorumludur. Cihazı bir küçük kullanıyorsa Google Play ebeveyn denetimlerini ve satın alma doğrulamasını etkinleştirin.

3. Yapmamanız gerekenler

Uygulanacak hukukun bu kısıtlamaya rağmen açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında; Oyunu tersine mühendislik yapmak, kaynak koda dönüştürmek, değiştirmek veya türev eser üretmek.
Hile yapmak, bot veya bellek düzenleyici kullanmak, kayıt verisini kurcalamak, normal oyunla elde edilmemiş puan göndermek.
Sunucularımıza saldırmak, aşırı yük bindirmek veya yetkisiz erişim denemek.
Hukuka aykırı, nefret içeren, müstehcen, taciz edici, başkasının kimliğine bürünen veya üçüncü kişi haklarını ihlal eden bir oyuncu adı kullanmak.
Oyunu veya sanal öğeleri yeniden satmak, kiralamak, alt lisanslamak veya ticari olarak sömürmek.

Bu bölümün ihlal edildiğine makul olarak kanaat getirirsek bir sıralama kaydını veya oyuncu adını kaldırabilir, çevrimiçi hizmetlere erişimi askıya alabiliriz. Böyle bir durumda talep hâlinde gerekçeyi bildiririz; info@ruicodex.com adresine yazarak karara itiraz edebilirsiniz.

4. Satın almalar, abonelik ve sanal öğeler

Tüm ödemeler Google Play tarafından işlenir; kayıtlı satıcı RuiCodex değil Google'dır. Kart veya banka bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.

Empire Pass, aylık veya yıllık temel planla sunulan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Tam olarak üç şey sağlar: banner ve geçiş reklamları kapanır, altı silahın tamamı açılır, elmas kazancı iki katına çıkar. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz o günkü fiyattan otomatik yenilenir. Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden veya oyun içindeki bağlantıdan yönetip iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; tek başına ödenmiş dönemi iade etmez.

Elmas, altın, silah ve diğer sanal öğeler, Oyun içindeki bir özelliği kullanmaya yönelik sınırlı bir lisanstır. Mülkiyetiniz değildir, parasal değeri yoktur, para birimi veya finansal araç değildir; nakde veya gerçek dünyada değeri olan hiçbir şeye çevrilemez, devredilemez, satılamaz.

İadeler Google Play iade politikası kapsamındadır. AB/AEA, BK veya Türkiye tüketicisi iseniz cayma hakkınız da olabilir; dijital içeriği hemen kullanmaya başlamanız, kanunun öngördüğü hâllerde bu hakkı sona erdirebilir. Google çözemezse info@ruicodex.com adresine yazın, yardımcı oluruz.

5. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla sunulan reklamlarla finanse edilir. Reklam içeriği üçüncü kişilere aittir. Reklamlardaki mal, hizmet ve iddiaları onaylamıyor, denetlemiyor ve bunlardan sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz. Reklamı yapılan bir ürüne ilişkin uyuşmazlık sizinle reklam veren arasındadır.

6. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler

Çevrimiçi özellikler sunuculara ve bağlantınıza bağlıdır. Kesintisiz veya hatasız erişim taahhüt etmiyoruz; çevrimiçi bir özelliği değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bedelini ödediğiniz bir özelliği kalıcı olarak sonlandırırsak, tüketici hukukunun gerektirdiği şekilde orantılı iade veya eşdeğer bir karşılık sağlarız. Tek oyunculu çevrimdışı oynanış bağlantı olmadan çalışmaya devam eder.

7. Sağlık ve güvenlik uyarısı

Çok az sayıda kişide, epilepsi öyküsü olmasa dahi, yanıp sönen ışıklara veya desenlere maruz kalmak nöbete yol açabilir. Baş dönmesi, görme değişikliği, göz veya kas seğirmesi, bilinç kaybı, yön kaybı ya da kasılma yaşarsanız oyunu derhâl bırakın ve bir hekime başvurun. İyi aydınlatılmış bir odada, ekrandan uzakta oynayın ve her saat başı 10-15 dakika ara verin. Uzun süreli oyun göz yorgunluğuna veya el/bilek zorlanmasına yol açabilir.

8. Garanti reddi

Size uygulanan hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Oyun, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur; açık, zımni veya kanuni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Oyunun ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacağını, kesintisiz, güvenli veya hatasız çalışacağını, kusurların giderileceğini ya da verilerin hiç kaybolmayacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Zımni garantilerin dışlanmasına izin vermeyen ülkelerde bu dışlama size uygulanmayabilir.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Uygulanacak hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde:

Dolaylı, arızi, özel, netice kabilinden veya cezai zararlardan; kâr, gelir, itibar, veri veya sanal öğe kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
Oyundan doğan veya Oyunla ilgili toplam sorumluluğumuz, (a) talebe konu olaydan önceki on iki (12) ay içinde Oyun için bize veya Google Play üzerinden fiilen ödediğiniz tutar ile (b) 50 EUR'dan yüksek olanıyla sınırlıdır.

Bu sınırlar şunlara asla uygulanmaz: ihmalimizden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarar; hile veya hileli beyan; ağır ihmal veya kasıt; tüketicinin emredici kanuni hakları; ve hukuken sınırlandırılması mümkün olmayan her tür sorumluluk.

10. Tazmin

Oyunu hukuka aykırı kullanımınızdan, bu Koşulları ihlalinizden veya gönderdiğiniz içerikten (örneğin bir oyuncu adı) doğan üçüncü kişi taleplerine karşı RuiCodex'i tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz. Bu yükümlülük, talebin bizim fiil veya ihmalimizden doğduğu ölçüde ve tüketici olduğunuz hâllerde kanunun yasakladığı ölçüde uygulanmaz.

11. Fikri mülkiyet

Oyun; kodu, görselleri, karakterleri, sesi, adı ve logosu RuiCodex'e aittir ve telif ile marka hukukuyla korunur. Oyun görüntülerini ve ekran görüntülerini, RuiCodex'in sizi desteklediği izlenimi vermemek ve Oyunu kendi eseriniz gibi sunmamak kaydıyla, video platformlarında gelir getiren içerik dâhil ticari olmayan amaçlarla paylaşabilirsiniz.

12. Fesih

Oyunu kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi dilediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları esaslı biçimde ihlal etmeniz hâlinde, mümkün olduğunda bildirimde bulunarak ve ihlalle orantılı olarak, çevrimiçi hizmetlere erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih, hâlihazırda doğmuş iade hakkınızı etkilemez.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İstanbul (Çağlayan) Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Tüketici iseniz bu seçim, yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin emredici hukukunun sağladığı korumadan sizi yoksun bırakmaz ve her zaman kendi ülkenizin mahkemelerinde dava açabilirsiniz. Türkiye'deki tüketiciler bulundukları ilçedeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne başvurabilir. Tahkim şartı koşmuyoruz ve toplu dava hakkından feragat istemiyoruz.

14. Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncelleme tarihi yukarıda değişir ve esaslı bir değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce Oyun içinde duyurulur.

15. Genel hükümler

Bir hüküm uygulanamaz bulunursa gereken asgari ölçüde sınırlandırılır veya çıkarılır; kalanı yürürlükte kalır. Bir hükmü uygulamamamız ondan feragat anlamına gelmez. Bu Koşullar, Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte, Oyun hakkındaki sözleşmenin tamamıdır.
